Where we deliver and what it costs

The exact cost for your address is always shown at checkout, before you pay. If your country is not listed at checkout, we cannot deliver there at the moment.

How long it takes

We send orders from Lithuania on working days. Within the EU, delivery usually takes 2–5 working days after we send your order. Outside the EU it takes longer and depends on the carrier and customs.

These are estimates made in good faith, not guaranteed dates. Unless we agree otherwise with you, we deliver within 30 days of the contract. If we do not, you can ask us to deliver within an additional reasonable period. If we miss that too, you can cancel and get a full refund.

Subscriptions

A subscription delivers at the frequency you choose: every 2, 3 or 6 months. Delivery is free on orders over the amounts above; smaller orders pay the delivery price above. You can see your next billing date in your account, and you can skip, pause or cancel at any time with no fee. Make any change before your next billing date. A delivery that has already been charged is still sent.

Tracking

You get a confirmation email when you order and a tracking link when the parcel leaves us. If the tracking has not changed for several days, email hello@getellips.com with your order number and we will contact the carrier.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address before you pay. If a parcel returns to us because the address was wrong or nobody collected it, we will send it again at your cost or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.

Damaged or missing parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged, take a photo before you open it if you can, and email us. We will replace the order or give you a refund. The goods are our responsibility until you, or a carrier you chose yourself, physically receive them.

Taxes and duties

For deliveries inside the EU, prices include VAT at the applicable rate, so there is nothing more to pay on arrival. For deliveries outside the EU, the recipient may have to pay import duty and local taxes, which are not included in our prices.
