Where we deliver and what it costs

The exact cost for your address is always shown at checkout before you pay. If your country is not offered at checkout, we cannot currently deliver there.
How long it takes
We dispatch on working days from Lithuania. Within the EU, delivery normally takes 2–5 working days after dispatch. Outside the EU it takes longer and depends on the carrier and customs.
These are estimates given in good faith, not guaranteed dates. Unless we agree otherwise with you, we deliver within 30 days of the contract. If we miss that, you can ask us to deliver within a further reasonable period and, if we miss that too, cancel for a full refund.
Subscriptions
A one-jar subscription ships once a month. A two-jar subscription ships every two months. You see the next delivery date in your order email, and you can pause, skip or cancel at any time with no fee. Change it at least 48 hours before the next renewal so we can stop the payment in time.
Tracking
You get a confirmation email when you order and a tracking link when the parcel leaves us. If tracking has not moved for several days, email info@ellips.lt with your order number and we will chase the carrier.
Address accuracy
Please check your delivery address before you pay. If a parcel returns to us because the address was wrong or nobody collected it, we will refund the goods and re-send at your cost, or refund in full, whichever you prefer.
Damaged or missing parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before opening if you can, and email us. We will replace or refund. Risk in the goods passes to you only when you, or a carrier you chose yourself, take physical possession of them.
Taxes and duties
Prices include VAT at the applicable rate for deliveries inside the EU, so nothing further is payable on arrival. For deliveries outside the EU, import duty and local taxes may be payable by the recipient and are not included in our prices.
