Where we deliver and what it costs

The exact cost for your address is always shown at checkout before you pay. If your country is not offered at checkout, we cannot currently deliver there.
How long it takes
We dispatch on working days from Lithuania. Within the EU, delivery normally takes 2–5 working days after dispatch. Outside the EU it takes longer and depends on the carrier and customs.
These are estimates given in good faith, not guaranteed dates. Public holidays and carrier delays can add time.
Unless we agree something else with you, we deliver without undue delay and in any event within 30 days of the contract. If we miss that, you can ask us to deliver within a further reasonable period and, if we miss that too, cancel and get a full refund.
One box on your first order
Where an offer includes a free gift or kit, it ships once, together with your first order, in the same box. Later deliveries on a recurring plan contain the capsules only.
Tracking
You get a confirmation email when you order and a tracking link when the parcel leaves us. If the tracking has not moved for several days, email info@ellips.lt with your order number and we will chase the carrier.
Address accuracy
Please check your delivery address before you pay. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody collected it, we will refund the goods and re-send at your cost, or refund in full, whichever you prefer.
Damaged or missing parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before opening if you can, and email us within a reasonable time. We will replace or refund. Risk in the goods passes to you only when you or a carrier you chose yourself take physical possession of them.
Taxes and duties
Prices include VAT at the applicable rate for deliveries inside the EU; no further charges apply on arrival. For deliveries outside the EU, import duty and local taxes may be payable by the recipient and are not included in our prices.
